We don’t accept returns for customs, made-to-order jewelry, or international shipments; however, if the product’s customizations have a problem, we except the return Also, we are still happy to help with any issue related to order or product.
Returns are accepted for only pre-made orders. Please contact us via email messages. Please ship back the item within 7 days of item’s delivery date - U.S based orders only and package must be sent back in the original packaging if not %10 package fee will be charged.
We are not able to provide a return label or refund unless the problem caused by is us. All our items are made by hand and customized in the USA.

Q: DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING? We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more withing the USA. We are not able to offer free shipping for internationals orders. Please contact us for more information.
Q: WHAT CARRIER DO WE USE FOR SHIPPING? We usually ship via USPS besides different shipping carrier and shipping time available on the check out.
Q: WHEN AND WHAT DAY MY PACKAGE SHIP? We ship online orders Monday through Saturday. Also, the orders Between Monday and Friday will be shipped same day unless orders placed before 4 p.m. If you place an order, Saturday packages will be shipped only till 11.30 a.m.
Q: WHAT KIND OF SHIPPING SHOULD I CHOOSE FOR MY ORDER? This depends on your location and how fast you would like to receive your order. For the order in the USA will probably takes 3-5 days for regular shipping (USPS Ground Advantage-First class). Priority Mail and Priority mail express will take about 1-2 days.
Q: I PLACED AN ORDER TWO WEEK AGO, BUT I HAVEN’T RECIVED MY PAKCAGE YET. WHAT NEED TO BE DONE? First, please check the tracking number which is emailed to you upon shipping. If there are severe weather warnings in the delivery area package can be delayed. If this is the case shipping carrier or we are not able reimburse the shipping cost. We will contact the shipping carrier to find the package location and the status then we will contact you via messages. Please keep in mind that your package will take 5-6 business days to reach you which means 7-8 day including the weekend.
